affecting the Sunset Beach Community.

The Sunset Beach Community Association is the voice of Sunset Beach
to the County (Orange). We meet quarterly with the Supervisor of the 2nd
District. At these meetings, we discuss issues that affect Sunset
Beach. The Supervisor provides County personnel to attend the meetings
and to answer our questions and concerns.
Our community association is open to everyone, although only
registered voters in Sunset Beach can actually vote in elections.
The SBCA has a board composed of seven members.
The term for each board member is two years. Every year, we elect new board members but on a staggered basis.
One year, three new board members are elected, in the next year, four.
The SBCA meets on the first
Thursday of every month at the Women's Club, 16812 Bayview Dr.
(over the bridge at Broadway, behind Capt. Jacks).
Meetings promptly begin at 7:30pm. We usually invite a speaker
to our meetings to discuss issues concerning the Sunset Beach
Community. All are welcome to attend.
